Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Human Mind Publishing (“we”, “us”) collects when you use humanmindguide.com and subscribe to the Human Mind Guide newsletter, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your email address, if you subscribe. When you sign up for the newsletter, we receive your email address and the page where you signed up. We use it only to send you the newsletter and messages directly related to it.

Anonymous visit statistics. We measure visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It tells us which pages are read, not who reads them.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who processes your data

Newsletter emails are sent through MailCheap, an email platform that stores subscriber addresses on our behalf and processes them under its own privacy terms. The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider.

How long we keep your information

We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails and remove your address from the active list.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site and the newsletter are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
